Hosted by Four Pillars brand ambassador and 'bartender at large' Sam Ng.

Canapes on arrival, followed by three courses all of which served with matched beverages utilising the Four Pillars range.

Together with designer Fiona Lynch (Belle Coco Republic's 2016 designer of the year), we bring you a classic and comfortable place for revelry. Earnest about food and wine, and a healthy love for cocktails, you'll find we're suited for all sorts; date nights- your first or fiftieth, a post movie tipple, or a boozy client meeting (just make sure you keep the receipt!).

We endeavour to place a spotlight on Australian producers; be it farmers, vignerons, distillers or brewers, and are proud to support local visionaries who compete easily amongst global competitors. We seek out sustainability in our food sourcing to bring you an imaginative and compact menu of seasonal delights for pairing with our considered drinks list. Rolling menus shift smoothly between bar snacks, more serious portions, and larger feasts for a "feed me" style of dining.
